Laura is Scottish, born and bred.  Born in Glasgow in the late spring of '85, she spent her early years growing up in Fenwick before moving back to the city where she completed both her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science and later her MBChB medical degree - both at the prestigious University of Glasgow.

She has completed her core training year 1 in Anaesthesia (West of Scotland deanery) and has already passed the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) primary written exam.

Her interests lie in rock climbing, road cycling, mountain biking and photography. In fact, many of the photos on this site are exhibits of her fine work.

Modesty is her forte, executing this form with the style and charm seen only in the true.

Dr Reza Noori

BEng, MBBS

the Shoulders of giants...

Reza was born in Shiraz, Iran, in the fall of '79.  He and his family moved to London in 1983 where he spent much of his childhood.  He graduated first from Queen Mary, University of London with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and later from St Georges, University of London with a MBBS medical degree.

He has completed core training year 3 in ACCS anaesthesia (West of Scotland deanery) and has passed the primary examination for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA).

His interests lie in fitness training, rock climbing and teaching clinical and practical skills to junior doctors and undergraduates. He has recently taken up film making - which you can view on the video blog pages.

Commitment and hard work is his philosophy - both of which have allowed his goals to be attained.
